The Yoga Alliance is not a certifying or accrediting agency. It is simply a nation wide registration organization that has created some basic standards to guide those who wish to follow.
Below are the standards as set by the Yoga Alliance and we follow.
For more information, contact Jo at 801-388-2463 for an appointment. You pay for the training as you take the courses. Just like in college, sign up and attend classes until you have met all the requirements for your certification.

Many yoga teacher trainings offer 180+ unique hours of training. After a lot of thought and feedback, we will be offering fewer hours with the expectation you will take several classes more than once. This is a lot of information to absorb and 6 months or less after you complete the training you have forgotten the material. By repeating courses, you have the opportunity to refresh and share your experiences which in turn help you to learn.
Remember, my goal is for you to integrate the information so it is yours. And that takes time, practice and repetition.
